On the other hand, say Donnelly does win. Would Bliz have to reinstate all those accounts it banned solely for use of Glider? Since the suit is against Glider specifically, I'm not sure that users of other progs would find retribution.
Alternatively, Bliz can simply change their EULA to accomodate their needs and cover their ass in the future. |

I don't think you can end such a thing like this.
if it were me and this happened, I would find a way to still have glider, perhaps based from another country, so nobody can touch it. what can blizzard do if glider is based out of colombia? lol |

yeah I think I heard about this incident a year ago or close to it, I doubt anything will change. As far as I can see blizzard doesn't even have a case

Agreed, blizzard is trying to get rid of glider the cheapest way possbile. They were probably hoping merc would back down. |
